Deborah Hornbeck is a jack of all trades. A mom, chef, and avid gardener. She grows her own herbs, sun dries them and makes spice mixes. She has me beat, I can’t even grow a cactus.
1 package of brussel sprouts, quartered
1 onion, julienned
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp Orange Mint and Citrus Zest Mix
Salt and pepper to taste
In hot sauté pan on high heat add oil, onion and garlic, sweat until transparent. Turn heat to medium and add brussel sprouts, mint herb blend and squeeze orange for fresh juice. Cover pan for 3-5 minutes and cook to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
